Rype

Behind the Rype project there is one of UK’s leading research agencies 2CV whose client base includes few companies whose names would not be known here. The purpose of the project was to create a flexible yet simple system for conducting online surveys and transferring traditional paper-based consumer surveys to the Internet, which is where they logically belong.

The system allows considerably simpler, cheaper, faster and higher-quality gathering of valuable feedback. Exact did all the development work on the system – we developed the entire system operation logic, created the brand and graphic design, and analyzed and improved usability. We continue our collaboration to develop this useful system further.

Masterkeep

Masterkeep is an ambitious Danish startup based in Copenhagen. The system provides a secure way for users to store and manage information regarding personal belongings, which can prove invaluable in cases such as a loss event, theft or guarantee problems.

We have provided extensive assistance during realization of the project, from the initial idea level to creating the functional solution, and we will certainly continue work on the project in the future. We have so far invested a great deal of energy in analysing and fine-tuning the usability of the system; another significant element of the project has been ensuring extremely high security requirements.

Reval Hotels

Exact has created the Reval Hotels web environment and all of its functional components. Large information volumes and multilingual support, as well as a large number of content managers across different countries, sets very high expectations for the performance of the content management system.

Since direct sales of hotel rooms and additional services via the website is strategically crucial for Reval Hotels, a critical element is their online reservation environment, which is completely interfaced with the hotel administration system, and enables fast, uncomplicated and comfortable direct reservation for visitors. Exact was also responsible for the design and usability of the web environment.

Reform Party intranet

Exact developed the intranet for the Reform Party. The environment provides several options for improving internal communication between the members of the party. Some of the functional elements worth pointing out are full membership administration, automated membership registration process including acceptance logic, membership fee administration, registration module for internal events, and administration of mailing lists. The solution operates on Exact.Intranet platform, which has been improved according to specific requirements.

Arst.ee

Arst.ee is the largest health information portal in Estonia. The new version was launched at the beginning of 2009. In addition to informative contents, the portal also provides plenty of functionality to regular visitors as well as medical personnel and specialists. Some of the functional elements of the portal worth pointing out are personalized sections, Q and A section, catalogue of medicines, various theme pages, etc. Exact has developed the technical platform as well as the brand, design and usability logic for Arst.ee; we also participate in daily operation and marketing of the portal.

Pilet.ee

Exact is updating the Pilet.ee environment in cooperation with AS Sertifitseerimiskeskus. If until today, the main function of the Pilet.ee website was ID card based sales of pubic transport tickets, then the new version will also include capabilities for purchasing tickets for a variety of events, from zoo tickets to tickets to major musical events.

One of our more complicated technical developments will be creating a dynamic module for generating and administering seating plans, which considerably simplifies event organisers’ work. In addition to development, Exact is also responsible for creating the design solution and ensuring good usability of the website.

Kingi.ee

Kingi.ee is the first portal in Estonia mediating lifestyle gifts. Exact was responsible for technological development of the portal. The portal is based on Exact.CMS content management software and has integrated e-shop functionality, including comfortable gift purchasing, payment and gift voucher authorization processes.

The portal boasts a comfortable administration and billing environment, and also an administration environment with restricted access for suppliers to ensure that the process of entering and administering their products is comfortable. As the environment represents an innovative type of service in our market, fine-tuning of the system usability has been of critical importance in order to deserve users’ trust and thus ensure continued success.

Elisa contact management

Exact provided Elisa with a universal contact management system, which can be used for management of contacts gathered during campaigns, preparing proposals, and monitoring statistics. Based on the rights assigned in the rights system, users can only see information and functionality concerning their individual role.

The system also provides a thorough embedded workflow process, which includes adding a contact, confirmation and making contact. Since this tool is used on a daily basis, we paid particular attention to ergonomics of the application’s user interface. The solution allows Elisa to significantly increase the quality of each client contact.

Contact management for Archimedes Foundation

Archimedes wished to create a uniform system for managing the contacts of all of their sub-units and the related process of information exchange, and wanted the system to incorporate various functions such as comfortable adding and management of contacts, definition of information lists/auditoriums, creating newsletters and message templates for different divisions, monitoring of outbound information statistics, etc.

We therefore developed a multifunctional and convenient system for the client to use on a daily basis. Archimedes and Exact share a long history of cooperation working also with other projects.
